Cameroon - Yaoundé - Emilia Ngabi, 21, stands in her uncle's living room where she has been living since both her parents passed away. In January 2015, Leonge, her 35 years olf brother left for Europe. "I implored him to come back so many times, but he said he couldn't. He was determined to go". In May 2016, Leonge called her sister one last time from Libya, telling her he would try to cross in the following days and that he would call back once he had reached Italy. That was the last time Ngabi heard his voice. Then, on the 24th of May, at 11.30pm, Ngabi saw a friend posting a message on his brother's Facebook page. It read "rest in peace."
