India – West Bengal: Tea pluckers having a rare break at Mogulkata Tea Estate, in the Dooars region. Tea plucking is a task generally reserved to women because of their better accuracy and precision. Pluckers earn 122.50 rupees (1.93 USD) per day and are generally required to collect up to 25 kgs of tea leaves daily.
