India – West Bengal: Mina Sharma, 45, cooking outside her home at Mogulkata Tea Estate, in the Dooars region. Workers have 2 hours lunch break during which they have to run back home, few km away from the fiels, cook, eat quickly and run back to the fields again when the bell rings. The woman started working as a plucker when she was 30, after taking over her mother's job. Sharma still lives with her parents in the family house the tea company built more than 50 years ago.
